Spring pasta

It could be the subject of a new event! What dinner do you make when someone hits your panic button? Picture a lazy Sunday afternoon, the clock is ticking but you are totally unaware...browsing a book or magazine, sipping a bit of wine, playing basketball in the yard with the children, watching a bit TV maybe, it is one of these rare moments when the sun hits exactly the spot on the couch where you are sitting..... And then the Husband saunters into the room and asks casually: What are you planning for dinner Hon?
Remember you are in the Netherlands where the only option of take-out is Chinese (the Dutch version), pizza (Domino's) or fries and croquets.
Very simple!
You whip up a creamsauce based on sauteed onions, creme fraiche, milk, white wine, and parmesan seasoned with freshly grated nutmeg, and basil. Dunk in the left-over salmon bits and some pantry based mini asparagus. Et voilá, dinner is ready. Devoured in exactly 25 minutes! Recordtimes in our family.

  1. Baking Soda,

If these are the dinners you whip up like that then all I'm going to say is, "Can I come and live with you???"

    Please?

    :o)
