The Sourdough Starter Diary 4

No pictures today, for there is no change in appearance. Today is another refreshment day. 30 grams of starter refreshed with 30 gr. water and 50 gr. flour.
I used another 30 gr of the starter and refreshed the same way and I plan to use it for a bread tomorrow while the original starter will still be fermenting and maturing
