Saturday night dinner was home-made soup (tomato this time) and these small filled breadrolls.
Filling consisted of crumbled feta-cheese, fresh herbs, an egg and grated matured Gouda cheese, p&s.
I had some filling left, and as you can see in this picture I think I should have used it all.
Those look lovely. I'll bet they were wonderful with tomato soup.
