The Sourdough Starter Diary 3

Thursday evening:
This is what the starter looks like this morning. I should have refreshed it yesterday night but I forgot...


Maggie says that the starter will not have risen at all, but mine did! Just a little bit but still. It was quite gooey.


So this is what it looks like after the refreshment, I did throw away the extra starter this time, saving 30 gr and refreshed with 30 gr of water and 50 gr of flour.

Fridaynight: it's rising and smells fresh sour (beerlike)
